LANDSCAPE DESIGN SCHOOL

The next Landscape Design Study Program, Course III, will be held in Williamsburg on August 1, 2, 3, 2005.  All the classes for Course III  will be held at the Ramada Inn 1776, 725 Bypass Road, Williamsburg, VA. 

If you wish overnight accommodations, the room rate will be $79.00 per night if you mention the Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs and if you make your reservation by July 1, 2005.  Reservation should be made as soon as possible by contacting the Ramada Inn 1776, phone 800-446-2848 or 757-220-1776. 

LDS registration will be from 8:00 - 8:30 AM on Monday, August 1, and Tuesday, August 2, 2005.  The first lecture begins at 9:00 AM each day.  For those that wish, the Wednesday morning exam will be offered.

Required reading for the course is:  Course III Manual (given at school), The National Gardener, The Landscape Design Angle, and Stewards of the Land, chapters 6, 12, 15, 18, 24, 25, 29, 30, 32.  Order Stewards of the Land from Member Services, NGC, Inc. 1-800-550-6007 (orders take 6-8 weeks).

• Travel East on I-64 to Exit 238 Camp Perry
• Exit at 238 and turn right

From Virginia Beach:
