SAR Life Membership Application and Procedure

The procedure for obtaining a Life Membership for SAR is to send the following to the Chairman listed below:

• the Application Form (download below),
• a check for $65.00 with the Name of the Person being honored,
• the Name of the Person Honoring them
• the Shipping Address to send the Membership and Pin,
• and When you need it.
