Make special note that there are SIGNIFICANT CHANGES to the procedures for applying for awards. Some of the changes include:
CATEGORIES BY SIZE
Garden Club applications shall be judged according to size determined by number of members on whom NGC and state dues are paid, including Active, Associate, Inactive, Honorary, etc.
Small Club - under 29 members
Medium Club - 30-99 members
Large Club - over 100 members
REQUIREMENTS
FOR PREPARING A BOOK

EVIDENCE Not to exceed 6 pages,

back, for a maximum of 12 surfaces.
